My family and I are very silly. We like silly videos, Monty Python-esque humor, and playing jokes on each other. April Fools is a big day for us.
Two years ago, we filled dad's car with styrofoam peanuts. That was a blast. Last year we pretended we filled Owen's room with thin, nearly invisible wire, only to be seen by hitting it (or flapping your arms, jumping about, squatting, rolling on the floor, you get the idea). That was fun too and didn't make as much of a mess as styrofoam shipping peanuts.
We also participated in some "urban stunts" in Boston through Banditos Mysteriosos, like World Pillow Fight Day this Saturday, but that's a topic for another day.
What will happen this year? Keep reading My Shiny Monkey and you'll find out. Tell us what you did for April Fools Day, big or small.
