Edible Arrangements' new Confetti Fruit Cupcake

Last week, in coincidence with daddy monkey's birthday, this shiny new product arrived from our friends at Edible Arrangements:

It is called the Confetti Fruit Cupcake, and it is a new version of their delicious Edible Arrangement of fresh grapes, strawberries, green melon and cantelope with a birthday bonus: fresh pineapple slices dipped in white and semi-sweet chocolate with rainbow sprinkles. If you've never tried chocolate covered pineapple, it is just the right blend of sweet and tangy/tart. It was delicious and the troop devoured the fruit in no time, even making a nice fruit salad for us for the next morning (with whipped cream, of course).

This is a great alternative to flowers for any festive occasion, birthdays or just happy days. It certainly would make someone smile!
