Yea, we called this one a month ago when we blogged about some budding talent... 10-year-old Maria Aragon's voice haunted us when we heard her play Lady GaGa's "Born This Way" on YouTube. Turns out Perez Hilton thought so too, dropped a dime to the Lady herself, who recently called Maria and invited her to sing with her on stage in Toronto... pretty big news for a ten year old internet sensation!
Here's a video clip of Maria's interview with Ellen about the experience. If you don't get a little teary listening to her play "Born This Way", your soul is made of banana popsicles.
HUGE props to Winnepeg's fave tween, who was toting none other than, yes, an orange sock monkey in concert and seen in the airport. I can't even make that one up; that's just good shiny monkey karma, dude.
